The Southern Tier Region received $67.3M from the 2017 Regional Economic Development Council Awards. Eleven projects in Tompkins County received awards including Cornell University’s Engineering and Physical Sciences Incubator Plus, Downtown Ithaca Business Improvement District’s 100 West Development, and the The History Center in Tompkins County’s Tompkins County Heritage Cultural Visitor Center.
