hilton_final_1-620x420Hilton Canopy – “According to a representative at the Rochester office of developer Baywood Hotels, the firm is planning for a late March or April start; they have a 30-day window narrowed down, but not an exact day. Baywood received a $19.5 million loan from ES&L Credit Union in Rochester to pay for the construction the 7-story, 131-room hotel, and they have already purchased the parking lot from the city. The intent is to have the hotel open in late spring 2018.”

hort section of the building, and some of the units have been changed – interior changes. Still 108 housing units, 40 of those are micro-units. They’re anticipating the project will hopefully begin around March.”
