Old Library Site Sells for $925K

travis_hyde_old_libe_v9_1-620x420The Tompkins County Legislature approved the sale of the Old Library site to Travis-Hyde Properties.  The proposed four story building will house 58 senior apartments and ground level commercial space along with a community room managed by Lifelong.  Occupancy of the building is planned for March 2019.  For more information click here.
