Consolidated Funding Application (CFA) Process Training Workshops Scheduled

Last week, Governor Cuomo Launched the Seventh Round of the Regional Economic Development Council Competition, which will award more than $800 Million in State Resources Across all 10 REDC Regions.

In order to provide more information about the funding programs available through this competition, Empire State Development, along with other participating state agencies, will provide two workshops in the Southern Tier for interested applicants and community partners. These Regional Economic Development Council training workshops will provide an overview of the Consolidated Funding Application (CFA) process and how to access up to $800 million in economic development funding from agency programs through one application.

Additionally, there will be informational breakout sessions on specific areas of funding available for economic development projects.

The training workshops are open to local economic development officials, municipalities, non-profits, businesses and members of the public.

The two scheduled workshops for the Southern Tier Region will be held on the following dates:
