Heather McDaniel Awarded Re-certification as Certified Economic Developer

Heather McDaniel, President of Tompkins County Area Development (TCAD) has been awarded re-certification by the International Economic Development Council (IEDC) effective (10/1/19). Ms. McDaniel first achieved the Certified Economic Developer designation in 2016. CEcD recertification, required every three years, was awarded to Ms. McDaniel who met demanding requirements for continuing education and service to the profession. With 13 years of economic development experience, Ms. McDaniel became President of Tompkins County Area Development in 2018.
