This comprehensive program blends hands-on training, classroom learning, and direct engagement with local unions to give participants the skills, certifications, and confidence needed to pursue union apprenticeship career opportunities. Offered in partnership with the Tompkins Cortland Building Trades Council, the program is taught by active union members and takes place at a local union training center, providing participants with direct insight and mentorship from professionals working in the field.

Throughout the program, participants will receive extensive hands-on training and visit up to 10 different union training centers to learn more about potential career paths in the trades.
